Cover Crazy (05)

Want the cover?

You ready for the awesomeness that is a beautiful cover?

Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices, #2)

SHABLAM!!

Look how pretty it is. I personally haven't read Clockwork Prince, unfortunately, (I'll be getting to it! Don't worry! I'm not totally out of the loop.) but you can't help but gawk over the breath-taking covers and beautiful art that is Cassandra Clare's novels. They are amazing.

What's your entry for Cover Crazy?

Cover Crazy (04)

Darkest Mercy (Wicked Lovely, #5) Leave it to Melissa Marr to always have a gorgeous cover with an equally gorgeous title!

I have just started recently reading this series, and while I have yet to read Ink Exchange, I can't wait for this book to come out! It's the last book in the Wicked Lovely series, and it's promised to be the best one yet.

I am one of those people that comes upon a series right when the last book is about to be released. It has been proven over and over and over again. I started to read the Vampire Academy series a couple of months before Last Sacrifice was coming out, then you have Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and don't get me started on my 13-year-delay on the Harry Potter series! All in all, my luck sucks, and hopefully yours doesn't.

So I can't wait to get to this book! Beautiful cover, and it has been dedicated by my COVER CRAZY. What's yours for this week?

Cover Crazy (03)

On this edition of Cover Crazy, I have chosen the wonderful Knight Angels: Book of Love by Abra Ebner!

I have been eying this book for such a long time! Amazon is, however, a wonderful resource in order to look for books! And since I Am A Reader Not A Writer is hosting THIS wonderful giveaway, (Oh, and if you didn't catch this, the word this links you to the giveaway) it has reminded me of how wonderful this cover and story is. I'm going to be ordering this series sometime soon. Who knows? I might even host a giveaway after that.

If you want to know more about this, visit Abra Ebner's blog HERE!

Here's the awesome summary!

When seventeen-year-old Jane Taylor witnessed her father's death, something happened to her. Ever since, her thoughts have been consumed by death, going so far as to foresee the ever-changing deaths of those around her. Sixteen-year-old Emily Taylor resented her sister's closeness with their father, who died when she was six. With the strange ability to read minds, she drowns the voices out with drugs, sending Jane over the edge. When seventeen-year-old Wes Green was adopted, he moved in next door to Jane, finding in her a childhood friend turned high-school crush. All summer, the pain in his bones seemed unwarranted. He was done growing long ago. When senior year starts, however, the pain only gets worse. The foreseen changes are not expected, and far too animal for his taste. When Max Gordon found himself standing above the dying body of an innocent seven-year-old girl, he saw in her eyes something he hadn't seen in the century he'd spent roaming Earth. Her father was already dead, but there was hope to save her. Jane was her name, and already she was all he ever wanted. It was his job to bring her back, and it was his job to protect her - the biggest mistake of his life. When these four teens enter Glenwood High their senior year, no one but Max could understand the future ahead of them. Drawn together by blood and friendship, they each hide a dark secret that will soon bind them together. Max has to protect Jane, Jane wants to be normal, Wes wants Jane to love him, and Emily just wants the voices to stop... But their fate just wants them dead.

Cover Crazy (02)

Nightshade (Nightshade, #1)Wow. I need to get better at doing these things weekly. . .

I have a horrible confession to make: I have not read Nightshade, but I am so looking forward to getting it when it comes in paperback (because you know I'm broke), so by then, Wolfsbane will be released.

Nightshade was released in October of 2010, and it currently has a 4.21 review on GoodReads. That high of a rating must mean something, right?

Wolfsbane is the second book in the Nightshade series which is set to be released on July 12th, 2011, and I will be anxiously waiting for it to be released.

Excuse me, but aren't you suppose to have one cover for COVER crazy?
Well who could pick between these two beautiful covers? I have to say that even though I love the first cover because it's purple, I love the green one for multiple reasons that I can't really explain. It's just so. . . well. . . pretty!

So you decide! Which cover is the best?

Cover wars.

Hm. I should make that a new meme.

Cover Crazy (01)

Our first edition of Cover Crazy! (Yay!!)

I chose a book that most people have been dying to read. It's been a long-awaited book, and it's the third in a series called. . .

The Iron Queen (Iron Fey, #3)

Iron Fey Series! (:

I chose Iron Queen by Julie Kagawa for the first book on the first edition of cover crazy for MANY reasons:

1) Oh my goodness, such pretty little spirals and designs festooning the outer barriers of the book!
2) The model for the picture is beautiful. I really like all her pictures for all the books so far.
3) The color red/pink/dark purples blend together and are such a beautiful mixture.

I have to confess: I have not read The Iron King or The Iron Daughter yet, but I have ordered them so I don't have to be so far behind. I cannot wait until I can read this series!

What do you think about this cover? Tell me!
